Col Buchanan's  second novel Stands a Shadow (Tor/ Macmillan) won the RT  Reviewers’ Choice Award 2011 for Best Epic  Fantasy.

Recent Andrew Mann authors nominated for prestigious awards include:

Richard Byrne, whose two debut picture books Millicent and Meer (Simon & Schuster) and Aye-Aye (OUP) are long listed for the Kate Greenaway Medal 2012.

Ruth Eastham’s debut children’s fiction The Memory Cage(Scholastic) has been nominated for the  CILIP  Carnegie Medal 2012. She has also been shortlisted for the Inspiration Book Awards 2012, and longlisted for the UKLA Children's Book Award 2012

Gordon Ferris. The Hanging Shed(Corvus) was shortlisted for the CWA Ellis Peters Historical Crime Novel  Award 2011.

Brian Ruckley has been nominated by American RT Reviewer's Choice Award 2011 in the Fantasy Novel section for The Edinburgh Dead (Orbit USA)
